Dedicated Modes for Any Instrument

The TU-3 provides Chromatic mode for tuning by note name, as well as Guitar and Bass modes for tuning by string number. Guitar mode supports 6-string guitars, while Bass mode supports 4, 5 and 6-string basses. Seven-string guitarists will appreciate the TU-3´s full support for their extended-range axes. Once a mode is selected, the TU-3 automatically detects the pitch of each string as you play it, indicating sharp, flat or in-tune.

Clean Power and Automatic Muting

In addition to precision tuning, the TU-3 supplies power for up to seven additional BOSS compact pedals. A single connection to your pedalboard´s power supply is all that´s needed to power the TU-3 and a full effects chain.
